This wasn’t just a rebuild - it was a full rethink of the Frasers Experience website and 10
individual mall sites. While the design system remains consistent, each site needed to operate
independently within a shared platform.
We redesigned the UX, modernised the UI and built scalable frontend components integrated with
Adobe Experience Manager. The new workflows strike a balance — the core team gets consistency
across the network, and each mall gets the freedom to manage its own content.
We also integrated live Mappedin maps to improve wayfinding and ensured the platform met key
accessibility standards. All site content was written in-house to align voice, structure and
brand tone across the network.
The result is a unified, flexible platform designed to scale with the business.
